Camper Renovation

We decided to buy a camper to flip and make it our own. Our goal was to use it as long as we could before selling it so we could enjoy it for at least one summer. Because let’s face it, you can’t beat summers in northern Minnesota. This project was a complete gut job. We bought the camper in the winter time, so when spring rolled around we started to notice some huge water issues. Note to self: don’t buy used campers in the winter time. You can’t see the water damage since the walls are frozen.

We completely rebuilt the front and back ends of the camper. Tore off the siding, repainted it, new flooring, walls, studs, electrical, and fixtures. In the end it was basically a whole new camper when completed. We listed it twice, and were able to sell it, but didn’t make any money off of this flip. This experience has taught us so much. We won’t be flipping any more campers anytime soon! Now that it’s off with it’s owner we know they’re taking great care of it and we couldn’t be happier. We included Before, during, and after photos of this project. Check them out below!
