Firewood Storage

In our home we have a large wood fireplace. This is perfect for those up north Minnesota winters. When we cleared our land for building our house we had over three years worth of wood that we had cut, split, and stacked. It took up over 4 months prepping firewood alone. That’s a lot of wood and hard work, but it was so rewarding. We store half of our wood in this structure and the other half in an enclosed out building. This project is made out of treated lumber, treated plywood, and a metal roof.
