Since we live near Duluth, Minnesota we tend to stick to a 35 mile radius for large scale projects, but are to travel further if there is a need. Large scale projects include new construction, full home remodels, and kitchen renovations. If it’s a small scale project such as a custom built in, dining table, night stands, etc. Then we can arrange for delivery upon additional charge.

There are a few things we hire out in our projects. We want the finished product to be to your highest standards and there’s just some things we choose to hire out. As of now we do not offer:

• Drywall repairs/Mudding and Taping

• (Most) Exterior home painting

• Large scale tile work

• Solid surface countertop install (we do laminate & butcher block)!

• Metal siding install

Every project is different, but depending on the scale of the project we typically have the clients provide 1/2 of the funds a week before the project start date and the rest upon project completion. An estimate will be made including materials and labor costs.
